Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns for Physical Items

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@pawid.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address you have been given by the customer service team.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Digital Products – Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of Digital QR Pet Tags are final and non-refundable once the QR code has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right to a refund for digital content under UK consumer regulations once delivery has started.

If you experience an issue accessing your digital QR code, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it.

Refunds

Once your returned physical item has been received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow up to 7 days for processing. Refunds typically take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without boxing
  • Damaged Items
  • Digital QR tags once delivered
