What's covered
Your Paw ID QR tag is covered for 12 months from the day it's delivered. We'll send you one free replacement if your tag:
- breaks or cracks
- wears through where the ring attaches
- fades, peels or stops scanning
- falls off your pet's collar and can't be found
How to claim
- Email us your order number and the colour you'd like. No need to send the old tag back, and no photo needed if it fell off.
- We post your new tag free of charge with UK delivery.
- Add it to the same pet profile in a few taps. Your pet's details, contacts and scan history stay exactly as they are.
Still have the old tag? A photo helps us keep improving our tags.
Keep their tag secure
Check the ring and tag once a month, especially if your pet wears their collar all the time, and swap a worn ring straight away. A spare tag on their harness is a handy backup.
- One free replacement per tag, claimed within 12 months of delivery.
- After that, replacement tags are half price, or free with Paw ID Premium.
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and doesn't affect them.
