Does the person who finds my pet need an app?
No. They just point their phone camera at the QR code and your pet's profile opens in the browser. It works with any smartphone.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. You pay once for the tag and keep lifetime access to your pet's profile.
What happens when someone scans the tag?
They see the details you've chosen to share, like your contacts and medical notes, and you get an alert with location details.
Does the tag track my pet's location live?

Can I change my details later?
Yes, any time, from your phone. No new tag, no waiting, no support tickets.
My pet is microchipped. Do I still need this?
A microchip can only be read with a scanner at a vet or rescue centre. Paw ID can be read by anyone with a phone, wherever your pet is found. They work best together.
I have more than one pet. How does that work?
Each tag gets its own pet profile, all managed from one account. Packs of 2 and 3 tags cost less per tag.
How much is delivery and how fast is it?
Delivery is free across the UK with Royal Mail 2nd class, usually 1–3 working days (most arrive in 1–2). Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Express delivery is available at checkout for £4.99.
