Here's what we're planning

Until now we've recommended using Paw ID alongside an engraved tag. The new personalised Paw ID tag does both jobs in one.

Front of the tag: your chosen colour with a small paw logo, your name with a line underneath, then your address and phone number J. Smith 12 Example Road AB1 2CD 07700 900123
Front: your colour + details
Back of the tag: a large QR code with a phone icon and the words "Scan or tap" Scan or tap
Back: large QR code
Choose a colour (Original)

Illustration only. Example details are made up, and the final design may vary.

Meets UK law

Your name and address are on the tag, as UK law requires for dogs in public. No second engraved tag needed.

Smart QR and NFC

A large QR code fills the back so it's quick to scan, plus the NFC chip, so finders can reach you instantly and share their location.

Your design

Your details sit on the front, on a Paw ID design or your own. You type in exactly what's printed.

Questions you might have

Do I have to send my current tag back?

No. Keep it as a spare for a harness or second collar.

Is it really free?

Yes, for existing Paw ID customers. You only pay £3.99 P&P, one per pet.

What's printed on the tag?

On the front, your design and the contact details you type in yourself (for example your name, address with postcode and phone number). On the back, a large Paw ID QR code so it's quick to scan.

Do cats need this?

UK law only requires an ID tag for dogs, but your details on the tag can still help get a lost cat home faster.

When will they be ready?

We're checking interest first. If enough people want one, the waitlist will hear first.

🎁 Free for existing customers

The new tags will be £29.99, but as a Paw ID customer you'll get yours free, you just pay £3.99 P&P. One per pet, and keep your current tag as a spare.

Like the sound of it?

Please use the email from your Paw ID order.

How many pets would need a tag?
Which would you want most?

No payment now. We'll email you about the new tags, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
